The private retreat of the estate’s namesake, the Simon Cameron room is in the oldest part of the mansion and is one of the largest rooms in the inn. Featuring an elaborately carved 10-piece Italian bedroom set dating from the 1860’s, this room features an ornate king bed, original built-in cabinetry and fireplace, and an oversize private bath with tub/shower combination.

The Simon Cameron room has commanding views of the front lawn, woods, and trout streams, as well as glimpses of the historic Donegal Church through the trees.
